Submit a Ticket

Yes, you can cancel one Fleet Tracker (or all trackers) at any time. Simply log into your Account Manager, click on Devices, then click on the 3-dot menu and choose Cancel Service. Your subscription for that device will be cancelled immediately.

Please note: The cellular service for that device will continue until your renewal bill date. This is because you have already paid for that service. If you need to reactivate any device in the future, you can do so at any time going through the same process in the Account Manager and clicking “Reactive Device”.
