Fleet Tracking for
Funeral Homes
Set up Fleet Tracking in Minutes
Funeral Home fleet tracking setup should be fast and easy, giving you full visibility into your daily operations. Fleet tracking helps protect your hard-earned reputation from damage caused by lack of visibility, delays, or even unauthorized vehicle use. Fleet Aware offers a plug-and-play solution that sets up in minutes, ensuring your hearses, utility vehicles, and family cars allow you to serve families flawlessly.
Built for Funeral Homes, Not Truckers
Fleet Aware was designed to be simple: it was built for light-duty vehicles that typically start and end at the same location each day—exactly how most funeral fleets run. No ELD mandates, no complex route-optimization screens you’ll never use. Just the essentials: location, trip history, driver conduct, and fuel insight. Because your business is service, not logistics.
- Plug-and-play trackers: Install in seconds, no tools or mechanics required
- Quick vehicle scanning: Add vehicles instantly with a single photo.
- Real-time monitoring: Ensure timely services with live GPS updates.
- Fuel and safety insights: Save costs and prevent risky driving.

Know where they are without a phone call or text
Keep your drivers off the phone while still keeping them on your radar. See all your vehicles on a single map for real-time location tracking, or view trip history to see a detailed summary of where your vehicles have been.

Protect your reputation with driver alerts
Your business is built on respect and professionalism. Keep drivers accountable with instant notifications about speeding, harsh braking, and sudden acceleration.
Fleet Aware helps you address concerns proactively, so you can uphold the highest standards of service—every trip, every time.

Receive real-time notifications
Be the first to know when a vehicle enters or leaves a designated location with automatic geofence alerts. Eliminate the uncertainty—receive instant notifications when your company vehicle exits the cemetery, arrives at a chapel, or completes a route. With our system, you’re always informed whether you’re on schedule or not—no guesswork required.

Fleet Aware works with most vehicles made after 1996 that have an OBD-II port. Some vehicles older than 2010 do not support fuel data. This is a limitation with the vehicle manufacturing standards at the time. What is an OBD-II port?
