Each Flex Aware is individually connected to the cellular network. This is what makes it so flexible. Your monthly service fee paid to All Aware covers these cellular connections.
Each Flex Aware has a built-in SIM card. You do not need to buy or manage this step. It comes ready to go out-of-the-box!
If you have 3 active Flex devices on your subscription, they are billed as a single charge. You will not see 3 separate charges on your payment method. Simpler is better.
You can cancel one or all devices from your active subscription at any time. You can cancel online without the need to call in or fill out a form.
Once cancelled, you won’t be billed again for that device.
The All Aware app is free and there is no annual membership to All Aware.
Any subscription you have is connected to active Flex devices on your account.
You can add others to your app or alerts for free. There is no limit on the number of alerts either.
If you cancel a device’s service any time during the month, the service remains active through the end of the month. You will not be billed on the 1st of the next month.
Note: You can change your payment method online at any time.
